3 cuops cooked quinoa
2 tbsp Dutchman's Gold Summer Blossom Honey
1 can drained black beans
1/2 cup diced feta
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomato
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Mix together all ingredients and enjoy all week! Makes 4 servings.
