Ingredients:⁠
3 cuops cooked quinoa⁠
2 tbsp Dutchman's Gold Summer Blossom Honey⁠
1 can drained black beans⁠
1/2 cup diced feta⁠
1/4 cup diced red onion⁠
1 cup spinach⁠
1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomato⁠
2 tsp salt⁠
1/4 cup olive oil⁠
1/4 cup red wine vinegar⁠

Method:⁠
Mix together all ingredients and enjoy all week!⁠ Makes 4 servings.
