Sauce Ingredients (serves 1-2):
• 1/2 tbsp @dutchmansgold Organic Liquid Honey
• 2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
• 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 inch of ginger
• 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (can sub water)
• 1/2 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Mince up the garlic and ginger then, combine all the ingredients together to complete the sauce and set aside
2. For this stir fry, I tossed the sauce with wide rice noodles, julienned bell peppers, carrot ribbons, zucchini noodles, and air-fried crispy tofu (season cubed extra firm tofu as desired and air fry 425˚F for 20-25 minutes, flipping half way)
