Honey Buzz Immunity Smoothie

Servings: 1 large or 2 small servings

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp Dutchman's Gold raw honey
  • 1 tsp Dutchman's Gold bee pollen
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder (extra protein)
  • Optional: ½ cup frozen mangoes or blueberries

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces. Measure all ingredients.
  2. Blend banana, honey, bee pollen, yogurt, milk, salt, ice cubes, and optional fruit.
  3. Add protein powder for extra nutrition.
  4. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Serve immediately, garnish with bee pollen.
