Honey Lemon Ginger Immunity Tea

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp raw honey (added once water cools slightly) 

  • 1 cup hot water 

  • Fresh lemon juice 

  • Fresh ginger slices 

  • Optional cinnamon or turmeric 

Why this works 
This replaces refined sugar, flavoured syrups, and sweetened wellness drinks with a simple, nourishing habit you can repeat daily.

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil and pour into a mug.

  2. Add fresh ginger slices and let steep for 5–7 minutes.

  3. Allow the water to cool slightly, then stir in raw honey.

  4. Add fresh lemon juice to taste.

  5. Sprinkle in cinnamon or turmeric if using.

  6. Stir well and enjoy warm.

Tip: Add honey only after the water cools a bit to preserve its natural benefits.
