๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด:
1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
2 tsps baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup oat or almond milk of choice
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
2 tsps Dutchman's Gold Organic Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ค๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ช๐ฑ๐ด/๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด:
1 large chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup oat flour
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
๐๐ฑ๐ช๐ค๐บ ๐ด๐ข๐ถ๐ค๐ฆ:
2 tbspsย Dutchman's Gold Organic Honey
4 tbsps tahini or greek yogurt
1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
๐๐ข๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ด๐ฉ:
-ย Dutchman's Gold Pureย Maple Syrup
- Parsley flakes or fresh green onions
๐๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฅ:
1. Wash and dry the chicken breast thoroughly then cut into strips/tenders.
2. Prepare "dunking stations": first is cornstarch, then egg, followed by oat flour (lightly seasoned with some sea salt and black pepper).
3. Dip chicken strips/tenders in the above mixtures in that order and tap off any excess.
4. Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
5. Combine waffle ingredients in a bowl and pour mixture into a waffle maker/iron and remove once done.
6. Prepare sauce mixture in a small bowl and set aside.
7. Plate by placing waffles on the bottom, followed by some chicken strips/tenders and spicy sauce.
8. Top with some maple syrupย and parsley or fresh green onions before serving.
