Loving this superfood smoothie yoghurt parfait on guilt free Friday! It tastes just as yummy as it looks!

Smoothie Ingredients:
1 banana 
1 1/2 cup frozen berries
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp Dutchman's Gold Total Hive Superfood Honey

Parfait Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup mixed nut granola
1 tsp chia seeds

Method:
Take turns layering your smoothie with your parfait ingredients and garnish with berries, almonds, seeds and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
