Happy Easter Weekend! If you are looking for a delicious healthier dessert alternative for this weekend look no further. These donuts are flourless, sugar free and dairy free! Natural sweetness comes from bananas and my favourite summer blossom honey from @dutchmansgold!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large overripe bananas)
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup natural smooth peanut butter, divided
1/4 cup Dutchman's Gold Summer Blossom Honey
1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
1 large egg
Mini eggs
Method:
In a bowl whisk together dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a second bowl. Then mix the two together. Fill your greased donut pan with the mix and bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes
