Try this super simple weeknight dinner – complete in under 45 minutes! Perfect served with salad or brown rice.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pistachio
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp @dutchmansgold honey
2 tsp garlic powder
2 4 oz pieces of salmon
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix together all ingredients and top salmon with mixture
3. Place in the oven until flakey and cooked through (It will depend on the thickness of your salmon)
