Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Dutchman's Gold Pure Maple Syrup (honey or sugar works as well!)
1/2 cup greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy free!)
1 cup oat flour (just blend oats!)
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1 cup blueberries
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Blend all ingredients together (other than blueberries!)
3. Add to greased loaf pan and add blueberries
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes OR until golden brown!
5. Slice it up and ENJOY!
