As February approaches, we invite you to embark on the Sugar Swap challenge and win a year's worth of honey and maple syrup from Dutchman's Gold.  Guiding us on this wellness adventure is Angela, nutritionist, mom, and co-owner of Dutchman’s Gold. The Sugar Swap challenge is designed to make a significant impact on your well-being, helping you and your family live healthier lives as we swap out refined sugars, and replace them with healthy, natural alternatives! 


You're going to swap out processed sugars for natural, healthy sources like unpasteurized honey and maple syrup.  Why you ask?  Did you know that making this swap may increase energy, improve immune system function and more. After the typical overindulgence over the holidays, we find February to be a wonderful month to start new habits that will stack up and elevate your overall health.  


Participation is straightforward:

  1. Watch this: Dutchman's Gold Sugar Swap
  2. Then, follow us on social media,like and tag our posts.
  3. Next, swap out the refined sugar's in ALL of your favorite drinks, recipes, baking and cooking.  (for this you'll need to be conscious at the grocery store about what goes into your cart).
  4. THEN, post/share how you've swapped out the refined sugars for natural, healthy sugars like honey and maple syrup either in a video or a post.  
  5. You must tag @dutchmansgold and #SugarSwap in the chat or post and share your recipes and experience on your social media accounts.   
  6. That's it!  We'll pick the winner of one year's supply of honey & maple products on March 1st, 2024.   The best post wins!
