    Community and Brand Ambassador



    Job Title: Community and Brand Ambassador (Casual Part-Time)


    Start Date: September 2, 2024


    Locations: Ontario.  GTA, Southwestern Ontario, Hamilton, Eastern Ontario.


    Time required: 8-10 hours/week – weekends (Saturdays) + special events


    Paid – hourly.


    Job Description:

    Dutchman’s Gold is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community and Brand Ambassador on a casual part-time basis. This role will primarily involve one day per week on Saturdays/weekend, plus the occasional trade show (all weekend), and an additional hour during the week for planning and communication.

    The Community and Brand Ambassador will be responsible for managing, leading, planning, conducting, and reporting on product demonstrations in the designated area with key partners.


    Key Responsibilities:

    ·      Manage, lead, and conduct product demonstrations with key partners in the area.

    ·      Plan and schedule demos effectively, maintaining a demo calendar for efficient coordination.

    ·      Collaborate with key partners to ensure successful demo events and build strong relationships.

    ·      Provide detailed reports on demo outcomes and feedback to the VP of Sales.

    ·      Expand the role to include additional field-related activities as the company grows.


    Requirements:

    ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·      Proven experience in event planning and execution.

    ·      Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

    ·      Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    ·      Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

    ·      Passion for health and wellness - community engagement and brand promotion.

    ·      Love of the brand Dutchman’s Gold and Beehive products

    ·      A driver’s licence and car – Dutchman’s Gold will compensate for mileage/gas and parking costs along with any supply costs required to conduct the demonstrations.

    *Travel up to 2 hours may be required depending on location.  Dutchman’s Gold will compensate for travel time over 30 minutes.
